MY FAVORITE
TOOLS & RESOURCES
Look — I get pitched a lot of tools. Like, a lot a lot. And the answer is usually no. But the things on this page? These are the ones I actually open every single day, recommend to my students without being asked, and would cry a little if they disappeared.

Tools for Business
At any given moment, I have approximately too many tabs open. But there's a short list of tools that are open every single day, no exception — and these are them. If you're building an online business and you're not using these yet, consider this your sign.
Kajabi
The platform my entire business runs on. Courses, memberships, email list, landing pages — it’s all in one place and I am never going back to duct-taping five different tools together.
Flodesk
Hands down the prettiest email marketing platform out there — and somehow it’s also the easiest to use. I send The Vivi Edit every Thursday through Flodesk and my open rates have never looked better.
Canva Pro
Yes, I know you already have Canva. But do you have Canva Pro? Because the Brand Kit feature alone is worth every penny when you’re batch-creating content and don’t want to manually paste your hex codes for the 400th time.
Later
My Instagram scheduling bestie. I plan my grid, write my captions, and schedule everything out so Future Me can actually enjoy her weekends instead of posting at 7am in a panic.
Notion
My entire brain lives in Notion. Content calendars, launch plans, course outlines, client notes, random ideas I have at 11pm — all of it, organized in one place. Game changer doesn’t even cover it.
Loom
I use Loom to record quick video walkthroughs for my students inside my courses, answer DMs when typing out a response would take 47 paragraphs, and film content ideas before I forget them. Absolutely essential.
On my Desk
People always ask what I use to film my content, record my podcast, and keep my Instagram feed looking the way it does. Here’s the honest answer: I don’t have a fancy studio. I have a clean corner, decent lighting, and a few tools that make everything look and sound way more professional than it has any right to.

Courses I Love
I am a forever student. Always have been. The moment I think I know everything about content and Instagram, the platform changes and humbles me. Here are a few people and programs I’ve invested in over the years that I genuinely think are worth your time and money.
Amy Porterfield
Digital Course Academy
If you’re even slightly thinking about creating a course, Amy’s program is the one. She walks you through the whole thing start to finish and doesn’t skip the uncomfortable parts (like, what if nobody buys it). Highly recommend.
Alex Hormozi
$100M Offers
Okay it’s a book, not a course, but I am putting it here anyway because it genuinely changed how I think about packaging my offers. Read it once, then read it again. Then maybe one more time.
Kat Norton
Excel Content Strategy
I don’t even use Excel but I watched everything Kat put out about growing an audience from zero because her content strategy is *chef’s kiss*. Follow her, learn from her, be inspired by her.
Tools for Life
Running a business is incredibly fun and also, occasionally, a lot. Here’s what I reach for when I need to recharge, reset, or just remind myself that I am a human person and not a content machine.
